Dirty mattress, no AC remote when we first arrived. Had to wait quite a while for the remote. Dirty bathroom with cigarette butts. Very different from the photo. Paid for glasses 😭

The shower is broken so it's difficult to take a shower, the water spurts out like a tap. The mattress slides off the bed when you sleep so it's tiring to fix it. And for the hallway lights, please replace them because I'm afraid the lights will be dark and scary. Overall, the staff is friendly, the place is also close to KFC if you want to find food, there are lots of food stalls in front of the lobby, there is KFC, on the right side of the road there is Alfa, etc.

The room was decent, but it seemed like it wasn't cleaned regularly. The sheets hadn't been changed, as they still had blood stains on them. There were cobwebs all over the room, especially in the closet area, and a broken guest chair was still in the room. It was a shame, considering the location was convenient.

The room was unclear, the receptionist was also unclear, the environment smelled, the AC remote was missing, and the AC didn't work. Cleanliness was lacking. A mandatory purchase of toiletries for Rp. 30,000 per room was required, but the room itself wasn't comfortable and the atmosphere wasn't pleasant either. As far as I know, hotels provide toiletries.

The hotel was deserted, and the lights were out in the rooms. I asked everyone who was in charge, but no one seemed to care. Don't stay here, even if the hotel name changes, if the address is the same.

Absolutely not recommended!!! There are so many shortcomings, so many. The room is not clean, the room is not clean. The TV doesn't work. What's more surprising is that there are additional charges for drinks and toiletries, like what?? Those should be free from the hotel. And what's worse, you have to pay to borrow a glass. This is the first time I've found a hotel that is truly not recommended. Seriously, I'm really sorry, at that price it's not worth it.

The room rate is based on the booking price, but for future customers, to maintain comfort, look for a rate in the 200s. Honestly, anything below that isn't highly recommended. However, the staff are all very friendly. However, for comfort, anything below 200 is highly not recommended. The atmosphere is eerie.

A very bad hotel, not according to the conditions in the app, very dirty and very inadequate for a standard class of accommodation. The room was dirty, the bathroom had cockroaches, dust everywhere, the bed was not clean and tidy, the reservation did not match what we ordered, amenities paid outside the booking fee. Highly not recommended, and the place is very gloomy.

The AC is not cold, it is very hot. I stayed in 306, the room was dirty, the toilet was dirty, the amenities said to be paid 30 thousand but when I got to the room there were no amenities, there were only 2 towels, it is not recommended to stay there, it should be comfortable, especially the AC was very hot, I slept hot.
