The hotel's location is very strategic. I arrived early because the train arrived in Yogyakarta at 1:30 AM. I went straight to the hotel and was already allowed to check in and check into my room. The staff was also friendly.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. However, for a 4-star hotel, the TV should have supported Netflix or at least YouTube. The swimming pool wasn't very clean, with lots of greenery, possibly moss around the corners of the pool, and the water wasn't very clean.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, fast check-in and check-out, and a varied breakfast. I stayed in room 612, but the toilet water pressure was unstable. The water heater was unstable, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, and sometimes not at the desired temperature. Overall, it was okay.

I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights during Eid. It was comfortable, clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. However, the taste could be improved a bit. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed, and amenities were refilled daily. However, after 3 days there, the bedsheets had a drink stain. I thought they would be replaced, but they were only tidied up. But overall, God willing, I will come back here again.

Last Eid al-Fitr, we stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights in two rooms. Our experience during our stay was: 1. The security guard greeted us upon arrival with a friendly welcome. 2. The parking area is also quite good, with a basement. 3. The first room was quite spacious for its class, clean, and had cool air conditioning, but the hot water would sometimes suddenly get hot, then cold, and then hot again. 4. As for the second room, when we first entered, there was an unpleasant odor (urine). I informed them and quickly provided air freshener. The AC in this room wasn't as cold as the first room, and the remote couldn't adjust the temperature and direction (swing). Despite reporting this, the engineer/technician never showed up. 5. The children's pool area and water were less than clean. The waiting area also lacked a cool atmosphere. 6. We found the breakfast to be lacking in variety and tasted average. The staff were quick to clear away dirty dishes. 7. The lighting near the elevator is inadequate and feels dim, making it a bit spooky at night.
