One evening, after a long day of meetings, I decided to try their in-house Japanese restaurant, Sumire. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the presentation was artful. What truly made the experience memorable, though, was the attentive staff. They seemed to anticipate my every need without being intrusive. I even overheard another guest praising their attention to detail, mentioning how a waiter remembered their favorite drink from a previous visit. It's those little touches that elevate a good hotel stay to an extraordinary one.
