The bathroom was hygienic and fully equipped. 2. Facilities Cold air conditioning, a TV with many channels, and fast and stable Wi-Fi. There was an electric kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, and a spacious closet. The soft mattress and comfortable pillows ensured a restful sleep.

Every time I stay here, I always leave with a memorable experience. The staff are all friendly, the place is comfortable, and it's perfect for families. It's my go-to place to stay when I visit Padang.

I had the most pleasant stay here. The bedroom is pretty big, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is huge, I had the main street view. What I love most about this hotel is that it has a mini fridge. The check in process was pretty fast, less than two minutes. Before you want to check in, make sure you have 200.000 IDR with you for the deposit. But, don't worry! There's an ATM (BCA) next to the hotel. The location is very strategic. It's easy to get to some places, like bars, traditional market, supermarkets, the beach, and restaurants. I didn't get to try the food and the drink at the bar. Apparently, they're pretty expensive and you need to pay 21% additional fee for tax. The thing that I think needs to be improved is the TV. The quality of the TV is pretty bad. Looks like it's full of ants. But, I am okay with that. Who watches TV nowadays anyway? Also, the wifi is pretty slow. Overall, I would give this hotel a rate of 9 out of 10. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

I am very satisfied staying at the resong Hotel, with the service provided, this is my first time staying at a star hotel 🌟🌟 the facilities and services feel like a star hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The reception is fast, and the other staff are also friendly. for complete facilities, clean rooms already use water heaters and of course you can also watch NETFLIX for free. Next time I go to Padang I will stay again at RESONG HOTEL. Highly recommended for those looking for a low budget hotel but feel like staying in a hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟 because access everywhere is close to the airport only 25 minutes to the city center only 10 minutes the supermarket is only 800M away want to find food around the hotel there are also many who sell heavy meals / just snacks. maybe because it's close to campus too it's great👍
