We were disappointed. We couldn't check into our room until 10 p.m., even though check-in time is normally 2:00 p.m. Second, why was my friend asked for 150 IDR when checking out, with the same excuse that there was no confirmation from BKS Hotel? This is a violation of the hotel's regulations, which we booked through Traveloka. We are very disappointed.
