The hotel is nice, the service is friendly, not stiff, very flexible, and prioritizes customer comfort.

I think this hotel is quite good because it makes it very easy for us who stay, the staff are friendly, not rigid in enforcing hotel rules, for them guest comfort is more important than rigid rules. For example, the swimming pool area is only accessible until 10 pm, they don't mind us sitting on the rooftop and discussing or telling stories until past the designated time. The swimming pool does not strictly limit the number of visitors per room. So if we swim with children, they don't limit it. Breakfast is flexible. It is written at 7 but if you allow some food at 6, they allow, and they are not rigid with their rules. If I go to Samarinda or friends ask about hotels in Samarinda, I will prioritize staying at this hotel or give this hotel a recommendation.
