Receptionist gak ada, hotel naik 3 lantai, security siang gak ada, complain hari pertama AC panas, air panas gak nyala, malam-malam saya disuruh pindah alias diupgrade ke gamily room, saya ada baby sampe baby mandi air dingin. Hari ke 2 compalin AC sudah dibereskan, sisa air panas. Akhirnya merasa bisa tenang, saya tambah 2 hari karena bawaan baby banyak males pindah-pindah. Paginya dapet watsapp cinta dari pihak hotel bahwa trrnyata saya bukan menempati kamar yang seharusnya, jadi kamar yamg saya order sedang rusak, kerena sudah benar jadi saya diauruh pindah, selama saya nginap dihotel manapun kalau sudah diupgrade artinya kita dapat menempati sampai checkout. Lucu bener ini hotel, akhirnya saya memutuskan cancel dan checkout, telpon ke bawah untuk panggil bellboy gak ada yang angkat telpon, management nya kusut. Kalo emang rusak harusnya kan diinfo di awal bahwa kamar diupgrade, internet lambat. Nomor-nomor emergency gak berguna.

The rooms are very spacious, the extraordinary building looks ordinary but the rooms are 5-star class, cool and satisfied to stay here.

I am satisfied and happy to be staying here. Because the place is on the curb. Wants to go near and the service is satisfying, the room is always cleaned, even though every time I want to come out, the dishes are always piled up. But when I returned to the hotel. The room is neat and the dishes are clean and clean. steady, just the service. hope to stay here again😊

The service is good. all the employees are good-friendly-friendly. the breakfast is delicious too. near everywhere. It's just that for a superior room so open the door to the outside of the road it is not even a view but it's an AC machine and there's a renovation so it can't be fun, manda. Overall this is a good place.

Rooms are clean but the service very very very awful

The photo looks okay but it turns out the rooms are poorly maintained, cleanliness is poorly maintained, then the corridor smells fishy (?) Stayed for 3 nights but the bedsheet and pillow case were not replaced which is a total turn off.

The place is good just unfortunately there is no elevator because you have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Quite fun and close to tourist attractions, the airport is also quite close, access to find food is also easy.

Pleasant, staff friendly, pool clean. AC cold.

The rooms are not in accordance with those in the review. Room 59.0 M turns out the room is small. Very inappropriate. Breakfast is not good. No one offers to carry luggage.

The original didn't match what was in the photos of the room, it also smelled.

This hotel is located right on the edge of the highway is very easy to find, not far from the highway to Nusa Dua, the place is comfortable and for those who like vintage style interior lobies are both very unique and interesting. WC is rather smelly, seems damp and not cleaned. Interior design is okay. Overall 3 out of 5.

Extend until 6pm, pay 50%, really worth it. spacious room, right next to the swimming pool. modern breakfast, just right, good. spacious free parking. Near the toll.
