The hotel staff was unfriendly. When I arrived, I brought my suitcases to the lobby. There was no ramp up the stairs, so we had to carry them ourselves. There was no welcome or assistance at all from the hotel. The elderly gentleman at check-in was unfriendly. When we entered the room, it smelled, the pillowcases were yellow, the bathroom handle was broken, and we asked to be moved, but were refused, citing various reasons. When we slept, our feet and hands itched, likely because of the mattress. The bathroom was not as pictured. The bathroom was also small and moldy, with black mold on the walls. The towels smelled musty. Staying for 4 days and 3 nights, we changed towels every day, and each day the towels smelled the same musty. It's not very close to Sanur Beach. At checkout, there was also no help at all in lowering our suitcases down the stairs.

The staff are friendly, the definition of a hotel that is very close to Sanur Beach, especially Sanur Harbor, just walk across, suitable for those of you who want to go to Nusa Penida and you can also leave your belongings yesterday because I was a guest in the room so leaving my belongings was free, thank you Bli.

It was a pretty good stay. Check-in and check-out times are flexible. The location is great, close to everything. There's a swimming pool. The service is pretty good for a hotel of this class. Parking is available.

We stayed in a standard room on the second floor. The room was very small, and the window had a small curtain, making it very audible from the next room, which was good for the price. We stayed here because we wanted to go to Sanur Harbor, which was just a short walk across. Recommended if you're going by speedboat. Only choose a sweet room, not a standard room.

We stayed here because it was close to Sanur Harbor, to catch a boat to Nusa Penida. From the hotel, it was just a short walk to the harbor, and the receptionist was friendly. We stayed 1 night on March 20/21 in a regular room, the room was small, the hot water was good, but the TV didn't work. There was a leak in the AC in this room, and it was quickly fixed. For a regular room, it was small, but it was reasonable for the price. On the 22/23rd we stayed again after returning from Nusa Penida, this time in a sweet room, very spacious in my opinion, the AC was good, the hot water was strong, only the TV was not very good, but since I was tired, I went straight to sleep. If you want to go to Nusa Penida, it is recommended to stay here.

The hotel's location is strategically located near the harbor and beach. It has a clean and spacious children's pool. However, smokers around the pool frequently leave cigarette butts and ash on the tables and floor, which could use a warning sign. There was a strange incident when booking via the app; the price and availability suddenly changed upon check-in at reception, resulting in an additional payment for a room upgrade. Overall, it's well worth the price.
