The location is great for easy access, but the gym facilities need some improvement. I suggest separating the smoking and non-smoking rooms on separate floors, as the smell of cigarettes is very noticeable when passing through the hallways.

The bed wasn't bad, but the blanket and ceiling were a bit stained. The blanket was replaced. Breakfast was lacking, and refills took a long time. They even asked for a refill of iced tea, even though they were confused. Please fix these shortcomings.

The bathroom was extremely damp, the drain smelled and made a loud noise every time the water ran. The staff near the elevators showed no hospitality whatsoever, including those in the restaurant. The corridor carpet smelled like rotten socks. The only positive was the very friendly housekeeper, but that was it.
