The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with amenities. There was an Android TV for watching YouTube, and the Wi-Fi was also smooth. The air conditioning was cool, and the amenities were very complete. In my opinion, everything was well-suited to the price, and even quite worth it considering the quality and amenities provided. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I recommend it!

Standard room on the first floor. It turned out to exceed expectations. Got the room as requested. The hotel is a bit inside a housing complex. The room is spacious, nice, and comfortable. The hot shower takes about a minute to get hot. The bathroom is spacious but there is no sink. The pillows are a bit small and a bit flat. There is a water cooker, coffee, etc., toothbrush, etc., clean towels. Close to the mall. In the morning/before the mall opens and on Sundays, there are no people selling food around the hotel.

Overall, the breakfast was delicious, albeit simple. The location is easy to reach, close to UB. The only downside is that the hot water for showering takes a long time to come out. Even after using soap and shampoo, the hot water doesn't come out. Only after I'm done showering does it come out. Ouch.

All the service is good and standard. The food just needs improvement in terms of variety and taste. The rice is rationed and served by the waiter. The side dishes are very simple. Drinks are served in glasses, preferably in tubes, with a cold option. There should be a choice of coffee or tea, and it should be free. This is just a suggestion, and I apologize.🙏

For that price, in the city center, close to the mall and campus, it's very affordable, comfortable, and clean. However, if you want to pray in the room, it's really cramped, with only one person in it, and it's right next to the TV. So you have to be careful when getting up from prostration, haha.

Located in the city center, close to everything. Wi-Fi is often down, and the TV doesn't work except for YouTube Music, and even then, it doesn't work if Wi-Fi is down. You have to use a hotspot from your phone.
