I really enjoyed my two-night stay here. It's basically a homey, clean, and beautiful hotel. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, the hotel is clean and aesthetic, the rooms are clean, and the facilities are well-functioning. There's no breakfast option, but that's okay. Overall, I'd stay here again next time.

I stayed for five nights, and there were several things I felt needed improvement. The hot water wouldn't turn on, and it wasn't fixed even though I'd reported it to the front desk. Likewise, the hand shower and overhead shower always turned on simultaneously and couldn't be selected. Furthermore, the shower faucet frequently came loose when pulled normally during use and slammed to the floor with a loud, startling sound, which was very disturbing for me, as I have auditory processing disorder. The toilet bidet broke at the neck, splashing water everywhere when used incorrectly. On my last night, a small cockroach was crawling around in the bathroom sink. At certain times, especially at night, the sound of the water pipes in the wall behind my bed's headboard was very loud, as if I were sleeping next to a river. Perhaps it was my neighbor pressing the flush button and I needed to know that information. Furthermore, the air conditioner wasn't cooling and often didn't blow air even when it was on. Furthermore, I felt like a light fixture wasn't working either. The overhead lights in the room could only be turned on simultaneously (all on), which was very disturbing for me, who is hypersensitive to light. When I checked in, I was informed that my room would be cleaned daily. In reality, my room was cleaned only when I requested it. So, on my first day out of the hospital, I returned with the false hope that my room had been cleaned. I hope this serves as a reminder that every guest has equal rights. Please double-check all room amenities before renting them out. No guest is entitled to a specific room simply to meet a room quota. Thank you.

The location is quite easy to find. The hotel is also located within a residential area, so it offers a very peaceful atmosphere.

The location is strategic and very quiet, but the room is very old-fashioned. There's a small hole in the blanket, the TV remote has been malfunctioning, and the AC is in such bad condition and leaking. I reported it to them, and they said it was just a spare, but in fact, water was still dripping onto the table until this morning. Perhaps more attention and maintenance is needed, as the walls in my room are already in disrepair.

Very clean, located in an expensive housing complex. Check-in privacy is excellent.

Quiet, serene, and honestly amazing. The room was clean and tidy. It feels open and spacious. Amenities were great, love the body wash and shampoo scent. Super duper helpful staff.

The blanket is not a bedcover, just a thin cloth with layers, I wanted to make tea but the kettle was broken, it would be better if it was broken so I wouldn't put it on display in the room, the room is spacious and clean but the bathroom has a bad placement of the curtain, it's hard to use the toilet, the staff is friendly, okay

I like the ambiance when it comes to raining in there. Feels like I’m in Bali.

Parking is limited, so it's best to take the MRT (it's very close to Cipete MRT)! If you get bored in Cipete, just head to Blok M or PIM, which are not far away. It's worth a try to stay here!

Friendly staff, fast check-in, fast check-out, and a strategic location. Whether you're heading to Kemang or grabbing a bite to eat in Cipete, it's convenient. Food orders arrive quickly, too. If you need a place to stay for a day or two, it's perfect.

it was a good stay but i have a serious fight with the blanket, why is it so thin and messy? the room is spacious and quiet. another issue, this room doesnt provide us a handsoap and a glass for a toothbrush. but they give us big refrigerator and big coffee table.

The atmosphere is nice, in a village, but not far from the main road, unfortunately at that time I checked in late so I didn't fully enjoy the facilities at the inn, but so far everything is okay, clean and comfortable.

For those who usually walk, the trip from the Transum MRT to the accommodation isn't too far. Facilities are consistent with the information on Traveloka, and if there are any issues, the staff is friendly and responsive. Cleanliness is quite good.

The room is spacious, clean, nice, the place is quiet, the swimming pool is clean and nice, the place is aesthetic, it's a shame I didn't have time to take photos around because I was enjoying the facilities so much💯
