It was difficult to check in, nobody was there. No staff and no guests. For 2 hours waited in front of the places and called them many times and no response until we contacted traveloka cs. The room is not clean and it looks like they never changed the seat for the bed and pillows until asked for a new one but it is still dirt, a lot of mosquitoes (need spray to prevent mosquitoes) and a lot of cockroaches. The room was a bad smell and the jet shower was very small. But they have refills water and Aircon, and have tv, but never turn on. The benefit stay here because closed to the government Hospital, and some Restaurants like Borobudur and soto banjar or other warung and closed to central of Palangkaraya city. So if you want to stay here don’t put high expectations, because the prices of the room were okay. Hopefully they will be clean and listen the guest feedback. 🙏🏻 I’m sorry about this, I just tell the truth of real condition there.

The room is pretty clean, it&#39;s just that there are no towels and soap + the tv can&#39;t be turned on, whether the tv remote is broken or the tv doesn&#39;t really work.

The hotel is quite strategic because it is in the city center, just walking to the landmark of Palangkaraya, the Kahayan bridge and there is a mall near the guesthouse.

Well.. you can't expect more for a budget hotel.. but at as long as the room is clean..then, it's ok. The location is very strategic at the center of the city. The service is good.. but less smile. Overall..it's so so..!!
