It's still okay for a one-day stopover, but not recommended for a long-term vacation. Room 311 in particular was dusty, the AC frequently turned off and had to be manually restarted, and the TV screen was broken (the picture was dim).

staff not wise, not update information from spv or leader, room was dirty, smell smoke, water was dirty, smell, sink nor working, toilet was dirty, ac not working, hot water no working, so overall worse.. do not stay there except worse..

The shower was broken, the towels had to be taken downstairs, the room had lots of cobwebs, the windows were dusty, the blankets had holes in them because of cigarettes, there were lots of loud Pekanbaru noises making noise in the hallways.

Very bad facilities the price of Rp. 219,000 there is no tissue, there is no TV for breakfast or sahur, nor is there a cupboard. Even though other hotels in the same class have breakfast tissues and TV. What is even more disappointing is for cancellations on the same day at the same time, the limit is only seeing the rooms, you can&#39;t have a good discussion, what's wrong with getting half of this money back at all. Disappointed, bad facilities, bad service. Just once and I will not recommend it to other coworkers.
