Art Hotel Navigli

From check in, to arranging transportation for traveling home- this was a fantastic experience. Generous breakfast available everyday, afternoon cookies and a crazy complimentary antipasti evening spread were welcomed surprises. Walkable to any place in Navigli, a great center of nightlife. Cool and modern- loved it!

The hotel was under renovation when we visited. It was very much overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was nice with a good range of options.

The hotel is undergoing some extensive repairs which we were not advised about in advance. The room service was good but not excellent we only ever received one bathrobe and on one occasion only one bath towel. Other than that it was good. The breakfast was superb with a wide selection and very nice coffee. The outstanding feature of this hotel was the location. Right next to the canal which has a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants and was very busy every night

Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff, gorgeous rooms and a brilliant breakfast, will definitely be staying again next time we go to Milan! Lovely area to stay and supermarket opposite which is very convenient! Thank you!

This hotel is in a great and walkable location. Rooms are comfortable and very quiet. It was hot in Milan and unfortunately the AC in the room did not get very cold.Some areas like the roof deck and gym are not super well maintained but overall it was clean and nice. The only downside was the staff. They were so unhelpful - could not give us any recommendations for nearby restaurants or coffee, getting to the metro or really anything we asked. They seemed put out if we asked anything (and we didn’t ask much!) and they did not tell us about the complementary afternoon apertivo - another guest did. So I would say they need more staff training or a concierge on staff to be more helpful to guests.

This hotel was in a perfect location near the canals for good cafes and food. Our room was nice/clean. The hotel bar made for a perfect ending for the day. The only thing I would say was subpar was the breakfast. It was just ok.

We thought the hotel was great and appreciated the champagne they gave us for a birthday, it was a lovely surprise.

The place, the location, the staff, and the rooms were all perfect

The Art Collection was actually very good. The place could use some attention to detail in terms of maintenance given that is is not inexpensive. Several details and things were not very clean or were not working.

The hotel was not helpfully at all. I had missed my flight to Milan with my daughter for her 21st birthday. I asked if I could change the date and I was told I NO. I understand the hotel can’t loose money, but under these circumstances you think the management could use there discretion. As I still wanted to use the hotel, wasn’t looking for a refund.

Nice hotel. Very quiet . Spacious room. Lovely breakfast.

The breakfast was delish and the staff was amazing. Great hotel in a very good area! The only problem was the ac was not working. They immediately gave us a portable one which did help.
