Great room, great location, the staff were great. Only problem is the air con system didn’t work properly in my room - thank fully I had a big window I could open to let some air in. Other than that it was great

Clean rooms and nice staff. Some rooms are bigger than others. We had a small issue at the beginning when we arrived. The room had no hot water for 2days and the AC was not working. We slept with the heat on. We slept with the door open for those two nights. By the morning we made a complaint and the gentle man at the front desk was kind enough to switch our rooms and gave us a room with working AC and hot water for our last night. Pro: so close to the Metro trains. Commuting was easy to and from sight seeing places. Cons: the surrounding area looks sketchy but as any tourist you have to be alert at all times. Overall it was a good experience

Room ( and elevator) were small, but modern and clean. Issue with lighting solved quickly.

Clean room, easy location, nice staff.

Room doesn't get cleaned unless you expressly request it. No wall between the shower and the bedroom, no ventilation at all, and of course AC did not work. Super expensive for no service. This is not a 4 star hotel, not even a 3!

The location is ideal for navigating Milan. It's just steps away from the main train station and the local subway. The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are small like most hotels in Europe. The bed was very comfortable. There are a lot of hotel options in the area, but the standout here is the staff. Particularly Carmen was extremely helpful and kind. Her assistance, recommendations, directions, and professionalism really made my stay excellent. She provided 5 star customer service and should be acknowledged and commended. Thank you!

This hotel rooms are terrible. It stinks so bad like poo Cleaning was not good every where dust. Due to bad smell just left. I never got such a terrible experience in my life. Toilet was like it was never cleaned such a bad smell.

Warning: Do not book this hotel if you're traveling with someone you're not comfortable seeing naked. The shower opens right into the room, meaning whoever is in the room with you can see the shower while you're in it. There is a shower curtain, but things get difficult when you need to get dressed. Do you put your clothes on the floor where they inevitably get wet then put them on in the shower while being dripped on? Or do you wrap yourself in a towel and shuffle awkwardly over to the toilet room? I tried the former, and settled on the latter. The sink tap was put on backwards so hot was cold and cold was hot, the shower was lukewarm if you didn't take an early shower, and scalding hot/hard to adjust if you did. The lighting was dim, making it hard to read in the room, but also there was an LED as bright as a thousand suns that kept the room lit when the lights were off. There is a giant mirror behind reception, reflecting all the data on the reception desk's computers. Yay for data security. They don't have a "don't clean my room" sign, which is wasteful when they wash towels and change toilet paper even though you don't need them to. On a positive note, the staff are absolutely wonderful, friendly, and helpful. They saved it from a one-star review. But whoever designed this hotel did not do a good job, and no amount of good staff can fix that.

Room was clean. Shower got water all over the bathroom, no shower curtain and only 1 large towel

The hotel was modern but didn’t have tea/coffee making facilities and no bar. Whilst close to the train and metro the area wasn’t great, looked run down & I wouldn’t have wanted to walk in some streets after dark.

Room was clean, great location aswell Would be better if reception made us aware that the minibar was billable. Charged on checkout following them not telling us

I was told to stay at the other hotel (Glam hotel) when I come to check-in. Reason is not sure they just said due to rain. Glam hotel is just around the corner, clean and modern, so not a big problem.
