Great location - across the street from Milan Centrale Station with access to two Metro lines (green and yellow) and trainlines throughout Italy. We spent two days in Milan and used both Metro lines. We also took several day trips, with easy access to the trains. We found several good restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

The location is ideal for navigating Milan. It's just steps away from the main train station and the local subway. The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are small like most hotels in Europe. The bed was very comfortable. There are a lot of hotel options in the area, but the standout here is the staff. Particularly Carmen was extremely helpful and kind. Her assistance, recommendations, directions, and professionalism really made my stay excellent. She provided 5 star customer service and should be acknowledged and commended. Thank you!

The place is walking distance to Milano Central, felt safe to walk around. Bathroom sink was too small that when used water is all over the floor. No where to hung towels, used same small bar soap for the 4 nights stay. The place was very good still.

The lightning in the room was terrible! No lights over the desk area so very dark to work at. Lightning in bathroom also terrible. My wife had to use a flashlight to put her makeup on. The shower was a joke!!! Totally open and the shower head was broken so water sprayed everywhere!! Water was on floor out in the room. Had to use all towels to mop up! Stay somewhere else!

The hotel is on decent 3star level hotel. The staff was great. The room and balcony were relatively large but the rest could be better. The light switch didn't work, so I had to sleep with night lights on. And good luck setting up stable water temperature. The shower kept switching to freezing randomly wasn't the best experience.

Very near to Milano Central Station. We were given a room for disability with a bathroom without shower partition which means water will spread everywhere in the bathroom when u are taking a shower.

Clean rooms and nice staff. Some rooms are bigger than others. We had a small issue at the beginning when we arrived. The room had no hot water for 2days and the AC was not working. We slept with the heat on. We slept with the door open for those two nights. By the morning we made a complaint and the gentle man at the front desk was kind enough to switch our rooms and gave us a room with working AC and hot water for our last night. Pro: so close to the Metro trains. Commuting was easy to and from sight seeing places. Cons: the surrounding area looks sketchy but as any tourist you have to be alert at all times. Overall it was a good experience

Room doesn't get cleaned unless you expressly request it. No wall between the shower and the bedroom, no ventilation at all, and of course AC did not work. Super expensive for no service. This is not a 4 star hotel, not even a 3!

This hotel rooms are terrible. It stinks so bad like poo Cleaning was not good every where dust. Due to bad smell just left. I never got such a terrible experience in my life. Toilet was like it was never cleaned such a bad smell.
