I travelled solo, arrived from the train early and my room was already available for me. Front desk staff was super helpful. Hotel is a stone throw from the train station and super modern. The bar, breakfast are 5 stars. Definitely consider staying here in La Spezia, everything is at your doorstep.

paid 100 euros extra for a room with balcony, no scenery but street, not worth it at all, don’t recommend only see once the water jar in the lobby, no free water any other time, no ice. less than 5 minutes walk to the train station is a big plus though
