No one was at the front desk for almost 25 minutes when we arrived at 17:10. 5 other couples were also made to wait.

This is an inexpensive guest house. The nuns were very nice and welcoming and we were able to check-in early. The location is good. It’s close to the city center and train station. If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel I would highly recommend this.

First impressions- I was a little bit unsure. Google maps - you have arrived, I look around and cant see the hotel front, its in a small shopping complex which isnt the nicest looking HOWEVER once you walk into the hotel, its lovely and welcoming. Very quiet. The room was clean and it was walkable to both the tower and central areas aswell as the airport. We stayed here as we were flying home from Pisa. Ideal for this purpose and we were able to come off the train, drop our bags off and go an explore. This hotel is yards from the station. Staff were friendly

Clean room and good bed, but work down bathroom, blinking electric lamp and very noisy aircondition. Friendly staff was a plus. Poor access by car to the hotel and expensive parking the nearby underground parking (not included).

The hotel is located great as a single night before a early flight but not more. The wifi was non functional in the rooms. The ac was to week even on full power and the water was brown the first 15 seconds like the room hadnt been used for al long time. Nothing was super bad but there were alot of small issues adding up. But would still rekomend as a good hotel before a early flight due to the location close to the trainstation

Air conditioning did not work, so don’t go when it’s hot, staff was friendly, morning breakfast was just adequate, room was a bit dirty especially bathroom but not terrible, the highlight of this place is the proximity to train station and walking distance to the tower and old town. Consider it for a one night stay only in pisa

We selected this hotel for its location close to the railway station - very convenient even though the area is not attractive. The hotel is a little dated but had everything we needed - clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, air conditioning and a good breakfast included. The hotel staff are wonderful - particularly Veronica on reception (although all desk staff were great) and the breakfast room team. I was ill on my departure day and the staff could not have been more helpful arranging a day room and taxi for me. Many thanks!
