Clean room , friendly informative staff, close to railway station.. great breakfast

The property is very dated and a little shabby. The locks didn’t feel terribly secure and there is no safe in the room. But the staff was lovely, the bed very comfortable, the room clean, and the price and location just what I was looking for. So a good traveler hotel but nothing fancy.

L'hôtel est à 100 mètres de la gare, le personnel est adorable et très serviable. Le monsieur du petit déjeuner était un rayon de soleil et dès mon arrivée à l'accueil j'étais à l'aise ! Le personnel est vraiment charmant ! Le petit déjeuner est parfait avec ce qu'il faut ! La chambre est confortable, juste l'endroit où est situé l'hôtel était peu rassurant mais c'est le seul point négatif !

We had a very very outdated room. Conveniently located by train station.

Only stayed one night, but this is an easy 15 minutes or so (depending on your pace) from the airport, and just a couple blocks to the train station. Staff was very helpful and made me feel welcome. Room was small and cozy, was perfect for me for a short stay.

Clean room with comfy bed. Great spot in the city but there is a lack of amenities. The breakfast wasn’t great. Staff were very kind.

お部屋からピサの斜塔が見える5階の部屋でした。とても清潔で快適でした。ケトルの貸し出しもしてくれて助かりました。 シャワーのお湯も圧力良く排水も問題ありませんでした。 朝食は期待しすぎていたので少しガッカリしましたが美味しかったです。 壁が薄いので、眠りの浅い人は耳栓が必要かもしれません。私の時は23時以降、周りは寝静まっていたので問題ありませんでしたが椅子の音などが響きます。

We got a decent room and it was very spacious however overall the room had a really weird layout and it seemed like they had converted a form of balcony for the bathroom and the shower was extremely tiny. The bathroom was like 1st to sink in a shower room and then a toilet but then in order to get to the toilet you’d have to get your feet wet because the shower was just so tiny that there was water all over the floor, but other than that, the staff were friendly. It looks a bit dodgy from the outside but overall decent stay for a short break. I only stayed for one night.

I don’t know why the reviews for this hotel were as bad as some had been. I found the room in good condition, the air con wasn’t overly noisy, and the bathroom was of good size and had all the amenities in good condition. There were many towels and toiletries left for guests, which was appreciated, and mosquito plugs, though sadly not the inserts for them, which we had to buy as there was at least 1 mosquito in the room which we’d noticed. My only complaint was that the floor didn’t seem to have been cleaned as it felt gritty underfoot, and left the feet dirty looking only from walking in the room. Also I wish I’d been informed upon booking about the additional tourist fee not being included in the taxes upon booking, as we were unaware and hadn’t factored this in to our budget

Good location near railwaystation and city center. Nice staff and breakfast.

Quite basic but in a perfect position for the station and airport to have an overnight stay at a reasonable price. So would highly recommend for anybody looking for those priorities. Helpful staff.

Check-in was conducted with a man that did not seem to know much about the hotel he worked in and had little interest. Check-in was swift because he didn’t offer any useful information.Once we got to our two rooms it was obvious he sent us to the wrong set of lifts sending us the long way round.Neither room had a safe and only one had a wardrobe,2 people for 6 nights with just a set of open shelves for storage! We were given the option of another room which annoyingly also had no safe or wardrobe so we stayed put.The bed in this room was like a rock but the air con was new and quiet.After complaining we were offered a second alternative room the next day but had to store all of our stuff in our son’s room or spend the day waiting for the room to become free.This room finally had a safe and wardrobe.However the bed was like a flag stone floor that has been worn in places by 1000 years of footsteps,the air con was useless,the room had two fittings that flashed bright lights constantly, the t.v. was tiny,the bathroom was quite comical at how badly set up it was,from a ridiculous bath plug,a movable shower screen that cannot open,nonsensical positioning of dispensers and general poor state. sound proofing in hotels is never perfect but this one is not good at all.Breakfast was hit n miss but ok. Except for the gentleman that checked us in, all other staff were very good, especially the lady that checked us out who had been exceptional throughout the week. The hotel is kept clean.

The hotel is a bit old and worn down. However, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is good. The location is also good.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location, being so close to the central train station. The entrance to the hotel was like a worksite with an area of rubble fenced off - very offputting as a first impression! There was supposed to be a bar (advertised on the hotel website and also throughout the hotel) but this no longer existed. They also advertised an airport shuttle service which was no longer in operation. The air-conditioning units were not working in many of the rooms (I heard three separate lots of people complaining at reception about this. The air-conditioner in my friend's room leaked water. The wall in my room below the air-conditioning unit was stained (and possibly mouldy?) from where the unit had obviously been leaking in the past. I didn't attempt to switch it on. The curtains in my room were simply filthy - grey with multiple stains on them. I advised at reception that the room should not be used for another guest until the curtains had been cleaned or replaced.

Bon petit déjeuner , bien d ensemble mais la climatisation etait bruyante
