Rooms are very small. Bathroom is small but functionall. Walls are very thin. Thought the people next door were in our room. Luckily they quieted down early. Substantial road noise. We are at the restaurant is was not great . The Hotel and location was outstanding but substandard toiletries , they gave you little tubes which you would expect in a cheap hotel . We were always running out of shower gel as you only hit one wash with the tube. Everything else was fantastic . Hence the 4 stars would have given them 5

Be warned. This hotel will be a max 2 stars if it was not on the lake. It has pretty pictures because the restaurant is nicely decorated and has the old classic feel to it. But the actual hotel is far from the 4 stars. The garbage at the main entrance was really stinky. The staff is very helpful. This review is not about the staff. It’s about the hotel. You would never pay this money for what you received in this hotel. Plus it’s HOT and not enough A/C. The rooms have seen better days. We had one room that was very noisy because it was next to the bar lounge and the walls were covered with fabric that had holes. Old , old needs a makeover, and we were moved to a different room that has been updated which supposedly was lower tier that the one we paid for. Tiny tvs on the rooms. Asked for coffee maker and received a pot to boil water and instant coffee pockets. They claim to have a fitness room spa and there is none. Charges and extra charges on everything. We arrived super hungry and it takes an hour to get any food if you are lucky and there is no one in the restaurant. The hotel was really a disappointment. If you spend so much time and money just to look at a lake I recommend doing more research. No. We are not coming back.

Amazing stay at the villa flori. Great location near como town and a public beach club. Staff and view from room were wonderful. Would highly recommend!

Amazing hotel on the lake! Amazing view, exactly what I had imagined and hoped it would be. They have private dock so you can arrange boat pickup and drop off from hotel. Food was superb. Free breakfast that’s superb increased value of stay.

Stay was amazing from check-in to check-out! Recommendations, reservations, and things to do all were handled by front desk! Breakfast and restaurant was amazing! Mattia was amazing and made our stay the best! 10/10 recommend Hotel Villa Flori

This hotel was so beautiful and was located about 10 minutes from the city center of Como. The staff was so accommodating, helpful and sweet. They went above and beyond arranging transportation, booking reservations,, etc. The hotel restaurant was delicious and we loved having drinks in the evening at the lounge bar. Our room was quite spacious and was immaculate. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I ever come back and stay in Como.

So hospitable, the staff was amazing even though one of our days was raining they gave us great suggestions. Mateo was so nice. They upgraded our room. We had a beautiful view of the lake. If you’re staying, you should definitely eat at their restaurant. The food is excellent would definitely go back.

Great location for getting the ferry to Como and Cernobbio where there are some great restaurants. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was really good buffet style. Boat taxis can drop you off at the jetty and hire boats Will pick you up. A typical old style hotel with charm. We had a lake view and small balcony which was lovely in the mornings.

Hotel Flori is based just outside of Como. It's a 40 minute walk or a 10 minute taxi ride, however taxis are few and far between in Como! The hotel itself is on a main road and the first room we were given was very noisy, however the guest relations manager Mattia was excellent in moving us (My 80 year old Mother and myself) to a quieter room. The hotel itself is fine, it could do with a little refresh in places, particularly communal areas like stair carpeting, wobbly tables etc. The staff were all helpful, there are bicycles to borrow and the lake view is fantastic. The main restaurant was disappointing, we did not enjoy our one evening meal there. A real shame. The ferry stop is close by, these are very slow though as we found it better to go to Como and take the hydrofoil which is much quicker! Overall we enjoyed our stay and Mattia was the main reason for this.

Our room was spacious & beautiful overlooking Lake Como. It was a warm welcome to receive a complimentary bottle of wine & chocolates upon our arrival. The breakfast buffet was very fresh & delicious, and wonderful to dine outside on the terrace. The bar made fantastic cocktails & had wonderful service. A fantastic place to stay.

Terrific location and very helpful staff. We want to come back and stay longer to enjoy the property. Gorgeous views of Lake Como. Please arrange for a private boat trip to make the most of your trip. We had a little issue with the AC in our room and the staff was very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff allowed us to check in early and check out late. They even gifted my Fiance and I a champagne bottle. Room was beautiful clean and the views were amazing!
