Beautiful hotel and strategic location- very friendly staff - good breakfast selections. Room was spacious and beautiful with large Terrace overlooking the lake from both sides. Would have preferred to have a coffee machine in the room, but the bar was fast in providing coffee when needed. Highly recommend to friends and family.

The property is excellently maintained and the rooms are incredible. Beds are firm and comfortable. Everything about the experience is top notch! We arrived earlier than expected (hours before standard checkin time) and there was a room made available much to our surprise. The breakfast spread is gorgeous and they have a great selection for all diets. The front desk staff is AMAZING. They take hospitality to the next level. After our hired car to Milan fell through they ordered a cab that arrived in 5 min. They offered a private car initially. All of this was AFTER we checked out. We had a wonderful stay overall and would absolutely book this hotel again. Thank you to everyone at the front desk! I am terrible at names but the young lady with red hair is exceptional at her job but everyone there was so accommodating. I wish I could give this stay a sixth star!

Excellent staff and the place was immaculate. Breakfast are delicious and the view of the lake outstanding. The bed and the pillows were the best we had slept on the last 10 days. Excellent wine selection to sip on and enjoy the view at night

The staff is quite friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The view is beautiful. If you want to use public transportation to Como, the location is quite far.
