Amazing hotel on the lake! Amazing view, exactly what I had imagined and hoped it would be. They have private dock so you can arrange boat pickup and drop off from hotel. Food was superb. Free breakfast that’s superb increased value of stay.

This hotel was so beautiful and was located about 10 minutes from the city center of Como. The staff was so accommodating, helpful and sweet. They went above and beyond arranging transportation, booking reservations,, etc. The hotel restaurant was delicious and we loved having drinks in the evening at the lounge bar. Our room was quite spacious and was immaculate. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I ever come back and stay in Como.

So hospitable, the staff was amazing even though one of our days was raining they gave us great suggestions. Mateo was so nice. They upgraded our room. We had a beautiful view of the lake. If you’re staying, you should definitely eat at their restaurant. The food is excellent would definitely go back.

Great location for getting the ferry to Como and Cernobbio where there are some great restaurants. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was really good buffet style. Boat taxis can drop you off at the jetty and hire boats Will pick you up. A typical old style hotel with charm. We had a lake view and small balcony which was lovely in the mornings.

Hotel Flori is based just outside of Como. It's a 40 minute walk or a 10 minute taxi ride, however taxis are few and far between in Como! The hotel itself is on a main road and the first room we were given was very noisy, however the guest relations manager Mattia was excellent in moving us (My 80 year old Mother and myself) to a quieter room. The hotel itself is fine, it could do with a little refresh in places, particularly communal areas like stair carpeting, wobbly tables etc.
The staff were all helpful, there are bicycles to borrow and the lake view is fantastic. The main restaurant was disappointing, we did not enjoy our one evening meal there. A real shame. The ferry stop is close by, these are very slow though as we found it better to go to Como and take the hydrofoil which is much quicker! Overall we enjoyed our stay and Mattia was the main reason for this.

Our room was spacious & beautiful overlooking Lake Como. It was a warm welcome to receive a complimentary bottle of wine & chocolates upon our arrival. The breakfast buffet was very fresh & delicious, and wonderful to dine outside on the terrace. The bar made fantastic cocktails & had wonderful service. A fantastic place to stay.

Terrific location and very helpful staff. We want to come back and stay longer to enjoy the property. Gorgeous views of Lake Como. Please arrange for a private boat trip to make the most of your trip.

Das Hotel in erster Linie ist nicht zu überragen, weshalb der Preis lediglich darauf basiert. Die Zimmer hingegen sind eher schlicht und klein. Wir hatten ein großes Premium-Zimmer mit Seeblick, trotzdem war das Badezimmer minimalistisch und auch der Raum insgesamt eher klein.
Der TV hatte gefühlt schon knapp 15 Jahre hinter sich und war nur etwa 27–30 Zoll groß. Das Telefon an der Rezeption war mit seinen vermutlich 30 Jahren ebenfalls interessant anzusehen, da es schon abgenutzt wirkte.
Ansonsten war die Minibar sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, vieles hat gefehlt. Kaffee oder Tee gab es ebenfalls nicht. Erst nachdem ich an der Rezeption nachgefragt habe, wurde mir ein Tablett mit Wasserkocher und löslichem Kaffee gebracht. Hier hätte ich wenigstens eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine erwartet.
Zusammengefasst zahlt man hier hauptsächlich für die direkte Lage am See.
