ALFIT HOTEL & BAR AKASAKA

Great location with lots of restaurants/cafe and shopping before having to head out to the major tourist destinations. Akasaka station is quite literally next door. The friendly and helpful staff were the icing on the cake!

Good stay

The hotel was conveniently located near a train station and a lot of restaurants. The room itself was not very spacious for a family of 4. The hotel had many split levels which were an inconvenience especially with 4 pieces of luggage. We stayed on the 5th floor, but the floors were split in half and our room was on the upper 5th floor. We were able to take an elevator to the 5th but had to take stairs to the upper 5th floor (brining luggage up the stairs were no fun). The room itself also had many steps that were an inconvenience. There was no room for 4 pieces of luggage to open so we had to use this rock planter to put our luggage on and the hallway in front of the bathroom leaving no room to walk. The room was really dusty especially in the corners of the room. You can tell it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom was big and nice but the shower/tub area had mold around bottom of tile. I asked the front desk if we could check out at 12:00 instead of 11:00 and she was nice enough to give us an 11:30 checkout with no charge.

Clean rooms everyday! Dozens of restaurants within 8 min walk. Two trainstations within 8 min walk. Super nice staff. Would recommend.

Hotel was great, no issues. Room was great bathrooms were stellar. Staff assisted check in and shipping luggage very helpful. People who had negative reviews probably just didn’t understand Japanese culture and hotel policies.

Friendliest staff made the experience the best. Very polite people and very helpful. I will be staying here again whenever I come back to Toky

I enjoyed my stay at Alfit. Everyone spoke English and were very friendly. The room was not big by any means but roomy enough and were cleaned daily. The location is surrounded by an endless number of restaurants and 7/11s and there’s a Metro line less than a 100 feet away. I would totally stay here again because of the location…the one thing that I would mention would be the bed. The bed was hard but I got use to it after the 2nd night LOL.

great hotel, most spacious out of all the ones we had in tokyo/osaka. Great bathroom. Staff were great and very helpful with any questions. The station is very close by, and easy to access different parts of the city.

Loved the location. Within one block of Asakasa Station and a 7 eleven. Staff were very nice!

Room was noisy due to generator outside. Low hum 24-7. Stayed 2 nights.

Check in was easy and staff was multilingual and friendly. Did not go to the bar, but the noise did travel up the stairs. Rooms were basically clean, but needed some deep scrub/sanitizing.

Very good location! Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Close to subway station, restaurants and 7/11. I would recommend and stay there again.
