Hi, I'm from Indonesia. My stay here was very memorable. The hotel room was clean, the facilities were great, there was laundry service, a delicious breakfast, and it was close to shops, groceries, restaurants, and the train station. I've stayed here more than five times.

I stayed with my family with 2 rooms. There are renovated rooms, so make sure with your options before you make the booking. The room view is amazing. The staff is very helpful. This time I came to Japan with my family, and everyone loved staying at this hotel. A perfect stay with you, as always.

I stayed for 9 days and 8 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is close to the station, making transportation to and from the airport super easy—the station for the airport is right in front of the hotel. There are plenty of food options, coin laundries, and easy access to sightseeing spots.

I had a wonderful experience at gracery hotel. The location is so convenient and the ladies only floor had foot and pillow massage. Amenities were very nice and there was a Panasonic nano steam machine that is very helpful for face skin care

Nice place to stay. I stayed here for 3 nights and was very satisfied with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions around the area. The check-in process was straightforward, efficient, and fast. The staff were helpful and willing to answer our questions, which made everything easier, especially when navigating Tokyo as visitors. Overall, the excellent location is definitely one of the strongest points of this hotel. With convenient transportation, plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, an efficient check-in process, and helpful staff, APA Hotel Ueno Ekiminami is a very practical choice for staying in Tokyo. A truly satisfying stay. The staff were very friendly and responsive from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, facilities were complete, and the location was strategic, close to many interesting places. Will definitely come back again!

Been coming back to this hotel since 2022. Great location, walking distance to our favorite restaurants, shops, and cafes! Also minutes away from train stations (Ginza, Yurakucho & Shimbashi station or maybe more) which is very convenient.
