Hotels in Ashigarashimo

It was a superb great staycation here! All staffs were very polite, helpful, they put their guests as their priority! 10/10!! Their service was awesome! They provided shuttle bus to some areas, so no need to worry about the location tho! And they had a very great scenery which is Lake Ashinoko, and superb great onsen and activities or even other restaurant areas to enjoy! There was typhoon last week when I stayed here, and due to it was the biggest typhoon ever (Hagibis typhoon) so I can’t go anywhere just stay at hotel, but suddenly on the next day when I wanna checked out, all of the transportation to Tokyo and Hakone were stop due to dangerous. So I extend the staycation here, but at night suddenly biggest typhoon made this hotel flooding in the lobby and lights out. So they decided to moved me to other hotel higher in the Hakone area which not dangerous and there’s electricity ON! And, you know what? They didn’t charge anything for the 2nd day and the new hotel we moved in!! Even they always did apologize to us due to this condition (even it was force majour not their mistakes) can you see their service from here? And when checked out from the new hotel, they even pick us up with their shuttle bus and send us to Odawara station. Will come back again for sure to this hotel with superb service and great scenery! I'm very satisfied staying here, the view and onsen experience are wonderful. Staff also very polite and helpful. Tips: arrive early and enjoy the garden view, then after check-in go submerge in the outdoor onsen in the sunset time

Very close to Gora Station! It's a charming green hotel. While dinner add-ons are available, even without them, they still offer sweets and free-flow drinks in the public space for free!! The public area was neat, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel features a relaxing foot onsen right in the middle of the property!

Very wonderful, I love to stay here, we got awesome dinner and tasty breakfast. the onsen was very wonderful scenery and the water made my skin glowing, everything was perfect. will definitely going back here.
