Staff was amazing specially the girl at the front gate helped us with our lost baggage’s. Cannot thank her enough .

We were placed on the “family or kid” floor (4th floor), that were oddly decorated (random theme that didn’t even align with a cohesive D theme- hand painted trees, witches and unicorns) despite not having any young children in our group which made the floor and the room seem very low budget. At check-in we were “upgraded to a fun room”. It had 3 single beds and a bunk beds- sleeping 5. Only one bed had an access to electric outlet. Also, this hotel houses multiple large school field trip groups, so at any given point there were hundreds of often unaccompanied middle schoolers in the lobby and other areas making it very chaotic to get through the lobby, or in an elevator or purchase something at the Lawsons connected to the hotel. Beginning around 5am, each morning there was constant stomping in the rooms and hallways above us and again at night until around 11pm. The hotel itself was nice, the staff was friendly and it was close proximity to the park, but I wouldn’t stay here again simply for the chaos of the multiple field trip groups they seem to host that is apparently the norm at this location. We stayed 3-nights and it was consistent the entire stay. The decor and feeling on the lower floors was also not Hilton quality - if you had very young children, you might appreciate it, but again, it seemed hand-painted and low budget, not professionally done. The location was great, but all things considered, I would try one of the other hotels next time.

It was good

The welcome lady staff at the door is very efficient in taking over our luggages when we arrived and depart to take the airport limousine. The breakfast buffet is not up to standard in quality based on the price we paid. The lobby is not welcoming as it is too big and there are no complimentary coffee or water in the foyer for the guests like other hotels of similar status.

Great place for family, so close to Tokyo Disneyland and disneysea train! And they have great restaurants with great food! Would go back again

What a disappointing stay. My kids had packed their swimmers to use the pool (they had been looking forward to it the whole trip) - the pool was closed & we had to pay to use the Gym Pool (2000Yen for 25mins) - what a joke! The buffet was ok but it didn't change for dinner or lunch for the entirety of our stay. Maybe a little more variety. The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the trip.

Very friendly staff. Convenient location if you’re visiting the amusement parks. Good amenities.

The rooms are very roomy, based on Japan standards. Breakfast was amazing—something for everyone. Staff is beyond courteous. Location to Tokyo Disney Parks is superb. Would definitely go here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay. The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting Tokyo Disney Resort, with convenient shuttle access and beautiful views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable for families. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and buffet options. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing after long days at the parks. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was top notch. Restaurant buffet was average

Super convenient for Disneyland and DisneySea. A little side drama occurred on 1st day of arrival as luggage was misplaced but was quickly resolved. Extra compensation was also given which is a nice gesture! Room's comfortable and Staff were awesome. Will definitely come back for sure next time visiting Tokyo
