Hilton Tokyo Bay

We reserved for 2 adults and two teenagers. Upon check in we were advised that the room ONLY had two twin beds. Had to.pay extra bed charge to get two.more twins added to the room. Funny thing...each of the original twins had another twin bed underneath it that housekeeping just pulled out and made the bed. Other than the # of bed misunderstanding this Hilton is on the level of a high end US Hilton. Restaurants and shopping on the gorunds.were high end and expensive.

Great Hotel…..but it cost extra to use the outdoor pool and the restaurants are expensive. Overall an excellent place to stay with kids though.

Fantastic place to stay, free bus to the train station which is convenient. Staff were lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Tokyo. The location, service, facilities, and overall experience were excellent, and everything met our expectations. Our son especially loved the Disney-themed room, which made the stay even more memorable for our family. The only downside was a noticeable odor coming from the bathroom when we first entered the room. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did affect our first impression of an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the staff for making our visit so enjoyable!

i like the shuttles to the train stations

This hotel was amazing. Close to Disney, the pools were great, the staff were amazing, helpful, and friendly, food was incredible and the hotel and rooms were well maintained and modern. We are so sad to leave and we cannot wait to return.

We absolutely loved our stay. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was amazing having breakfast included and access to the lounge with your stay. We felt so at home and didn’t want to leave. The location is perfect right by the parks and close to a train station. I would highly recommend staying there if you are going with a big family or going to the parks.

We paid for generic theming and general access and we were happy. If you desperately want the explicit brand and the 15 minutes of early entry (maybe) then you should pay for it. We were glad we saved the money to enjoy in the park instead. Those access passes aren’t cheap!

The property had a great location. We were disappointed that when our group of teenagers wanted to cool off in the beautiful outdoor pool, we were told that it costs 7500 JPY (equivalent to around $65 CDN) to use the pool PER PERSON. I guess the restaurant owns the pool and you need to reserve a meal and time slot to use the pool. If I had know this I likely would have paid the extra for a Disney property so that my group of 16 could use the pool. Otherwise a great property, but not being able to use the pool that is advertised on the Expedia site is disappointing. Paying the extra to use the pool for a few hours for 16 people would have blown my budget.

Conveniently located by Tokyo Disney parks. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff available to help with anything. Shuttle services to maihama station that connects to Disneyland and Tokyo. Bayside monorail station across the street if monorail is your choice to Disney parks. Pools are an extra fee if you want to use that service. There’s Lawson and Disney store inside the hotel. Room is clean and toiletries are provided daily. Slippers and robes available to use in the room. Bed is comfy and very clean. Ocean view is the best.

Great stay if you’re heading Disney

Perfect in every way! We stayed two weeks…in the magical family sweet. Made some lovely memories with my kids. The staff are a class act! Buffet is great with variety of foods. The only problem is for the outdoor pool you had to pay to get in and indoor pool needs to be booked before hand.

Was a good breakfast and clean rooms

Buffet beakfast had a nice mix of offerings, room was nice though the toilet had a funky smell no matter the time of day, an air freshener would've been great to have. Location was great being close to Disney Parks and Maihama station, Iskpiari (shopping, grocery store, eateries) and shuttles to Maihama Station, Bayside Station (literally across the street) was very convenient. Didn't get to use the pool(for fee) or fitness center either this time around. I did miss the bath salts for soaking and daily ice cream from other Japan hotels this time around. Laundry room was great to have though the dryers took a long time to dry, 600 yen for wash (detergent included) dryer 200 yen for 15 mins... usually needing 45 - 60 mins to dry a load. Nice to have 2 Lawsons on site and a Disney Store!! Drinks and other goods cheaper at the SuperMarket in Iskpiari if you dont mind carrying items back to Hotel (on Maihama Stattion Shuttle) Overall great stay! ❣️

The pool costs extra to use. The fee was exorbitant. So unless you are paying for the executive upgrade don't plan on having access to what looked to be a very nice pool.

We checked in during our recent stay with two children under the age of 5 for a 2 week stay at Tokyo/Disney. We could not have had a more relaxful stay. Everything we could have needed or wanted was easily available. Staff were courteous, responsive, and predicted all our needs. The property was meticulous. We enjoyed our access to the executive lounge where a full spread of breakfast was available every morning and cocktail hour with an appetizer spread of food and drinks were available every evening. The food was delicious and accommodated our dietary needs. We would highly recommend the Hilton to all our friends and family and we will back for sure!!! We LOVED our stay! Thank you for a memorable trip to Disneyland and DisneySea at Tokyo.

The hotel is great. I wish the pool was included. You have to pay $45+ pp to use it. Besides that, everything was amazing.
