We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Tokyo Bay and couldn't have asked for a better home base for our family Disney trip. If you are visiting the parks, the convenience of this location is absolutely unbeatable. ### What We Loved: * **Location & Convenience:** Being right on the Disney Resort Line makes getting to and from Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea an absolute breeze. After a long, exhausting day at the parks, the short transit back to the hotel was a lifesaver. * **Perfect for Families:** The hotel is incredibly family-friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the amenities are tailored perfectly to take the stress out of traveling with a family. * **Fantastic Amenities:** Having a 24-hour convenience store right inside the lobby was a massive perk. Pool is not free so take care but in Japan all hotel with pool seem to be extra charge.

Amazing service upon arrival. Upgraded to Executive status when joining honors program, which included a happy hour and free breakfast daily. Lawson on property was also helpful for late night snacks or early grab and go breakfasts.

Staff was extremely helpful, food options and location were great.

Great location. There's a 24 hour Lawsons on the 1st floor. The monorail to Disney/Disney Sea is right across the street. We had a room with 4 twin beds and it was super roomy.

Perfect hotel for traveling with kids and going to the Disney Resorts.The Monorail system makes getting to Disneyland and Disney Sea worry free.We also had a beautiful view of the resorts from our room.Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful hotel.Staff was extremely friendly and even helped us make dinner reservations in town over the phone due to the language barrier.

I have traveled too many countries and this was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at but charge you use the pool

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Bay Tokyo! The experience was excellent from start to finish. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, making it a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. One of the biggest conveniences was the hotel shuttle that provides easy transportation to DisneySea, making our visit stress-free and enjoyable. Another great benefit is the ability to reserve a limousine bus directly from the hotel to the airport. It was very convenient, affordable, and made our departure much easier. Overall, the service, cleanliness, amenities, and transportation options made this a fantastic stay. We would definitely recommend Hilton Bay Tokyo to anyone visiting Tokyo and would happily stay here again!

We stayed at this property because we wanted to swim between our time visiting Tokyo Disney. The pool was advertised to be open starting June 1st. We stayed there June 9 & 10. Both days were warm and humid but the outdoor pool was closed. Staff told us it was too cold for the pool to be open. Restaurant options weren’t as advertised either. An over priced buffet was bad. Would never stay there again.

We were placed on the “family or kid” floor (4th floor), that were oddly decorated (random theme that didn’t even align with a cohesive D theme- hand painted trees, witches and unicorns) despite not having any young children in our group which made the floor and the room seem very low budget. At check-in we were “upgraded to a fun room”. It had 3 single beds and a bunk beds- sleeping 5. Only one bed had an access to electric outlet. Also, this hotel houses multiple large school field trip groups, so at any given point there were hundreds of often unaccompanied middle schoolers in the lobby and other areas making it very chaotic to get through the lobby, or in an elevator or purchase something at the Lawsons connected to the hotel. Beginning around 5am, each morning there was constant stomping in the rooms and hallways above us and again at night until around 11pm. The hotel itself was nice, the staff was friendly and it was close proximity to the park, but I wouldn’t stay here again simply for the chaos of the multiple field trip groups they seem to host that is apparently the norm at this location. We stayed 3-nights and it was consistent the entire stay. The decor and feeling on the lower floors was also not Hilton quality - if you had very young children, you might appreciate it, but again, it seemed hand-painted and low budget, not professionally done. The location was great, but all things considered, I would try one of the other hotels next time.
