Was a great stay, rooms were clean and rooms were big

The Breakfast Buffet was awesome, they had different options everyday. Even on the busier days it was not too long of a wait to be seated. The room was spacious and well maintained. We had an ocean-view room and it was awesome. There was construction going on but it occurred later in the day when we were not on property. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. There was a free shuttle from the hotel to Maihama Station which was the gateway to get into Tokyo. Took about 20 minutes to get to Tokyo Station. They have a schedule posted in the hotel lobby. There was also a free shuttle from the hotel to the Disney Parks Station. Overall, a very beautiful hotel!!

Our second stay here and still love it. Great views of the bay. Easy access to monorail/train station.

Great breakfast, super convenient to get to Tokyo Disney. The staff were extremely kind. One of our family members was not feeling well that day. They accommodated an early check in. Clean, convenient and great service.

You are most likely using this hotel as a base for exploring Disneyland & DisneySea - it is absolutley fine for that. We had a view of the parks and it was a nice treat to see the fireworks from our room every night. The room was very dated and could do with with a refresh. But was clean and had everything you needed. Beds were comfy. Lawsons being within the hotel is a bonus. The restaurants did good food but was pricey. Easily walk to Bayside station form there. Would stay here again given the cost is so much cheaper than the Disney resorts.

It was very close Tokyo Disneyland but also, good to travel o train to other places too!!

Really nice place only let down was the pool it was nice but it cost to use not really kid friendly

Hotel was amazing, it had everything we needed and did not have to leave the property for those lazy rest days after two days of Disney. Highly recommend.

Nice room, spacious and quiet.

Amazing hotel. Close to Disney, lots of on site necessities. My only issue was the up charging for amenities. We had to pay to use the pool with our kids, as well as for the airport shuttle, which I found strange.

We had a great stay at the Hilton in Tokyo Bay. Comfortable beds, quiet and very clean rooms, great view over the bay and a well stocked breakfast with lots of options. There is also a free shuttle bus to and from the station. We loved that it also has a Lawson on-site. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

We had an awesome stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay. We were fortunate to receive a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the overall experience was truly excellent. The staff were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and always willing to assist in any way, which made traveling with our family and young kids much easier. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the monorail, making trips to and from the parks smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the luggage services—having a Yamato Transport counter in the lobby made it simple to ship our bags to our next destination. There’s also a Lawson in the lobby, which was incredibly convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we needed before heading to the parks or back to our room. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Rooms & accomodation were great. Restaurant was more expensive than we were expecting but we didn't use this often and Lawson's was available for any snacking needs. Great location and easy to access other locations with the free shuttle bus.

I love the property! The rooms are big and amenities are good! The staff was very helpful and polite. Close to the monorail to go to Disneyland very accessible.

Super attendant staff, very clean room, fantastic location (right across from the monorail), easy check out and check in, great stores (Lawson’s on property) with great hours. You can’t go wrong. I would just avoid the Illy, it’s overpriced in my opinion and Lawson’s has better pastries.

Excellent location near a Disney monorail stop with a hotel onsen and great ramen. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and our room had a small fridge. There’s also some nice shops and a Lawson’s on the lobby floor. A limousine bus can take you and your luggage to Haneda Airport. The only inconvenience was having to leave your room and go to the lobby to have your food heated.
