It’s a small but very clean and nice room. The only “complaint” I’d have is the lack of AC (you have to open the window). Other than that, the staff was very friendly and it’s a nice hotel.

Nice hotel with a good location for transport links into Tokyo & Shibuya especially. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only let down was that we were in a room on the ground floor which let in very little light even in the daytime, and it got very hot and stuffy with no airflow or AC.

Clean but small rooms expected of Japan. Lots of amenties like pajamas, cups, toothbrush, shavers, shower caps, etc. They clean your room every 2 days but leave fresh towels and more amenities in a bag on your room door handle. Also trash can be left outside and they will empty the trash can every day if you leave it by your door. Close to transportation and many restaurants.

Very small room. Staff were ok, checking in was rushed. Smallest room we stayed in whilst in Japan, both of us woke up feeling puffy due to the air conditioning in the room. Would say there is better hotels around.

The room was always clean. The stuff was amazing the location we were at least 10 to 15 minutes from the main stations and the Wi-Fi was also amazing. I recommend this place if you’re going to Japan for the first time! Roppongi Hills at night has a lot of nightlife dining places
