Every time I go to Tokyo, I always stay here. The location is very strategic, the staff is friendly and helpful, it is close to the subway and regular train stations, there are many places to eat, mini markets, and drug stores here too.

This is my second time staying here and I really like staying here, easy access to anywhere because it is near the subway and JR metro stations and it is also easy to get to this hotel if you take the fast train from the airport. It is very easy to find even using Google maps. The room is small but it is enough for me, cleanliness is maintained, it is cleaned every day and we do not need to pay additional fees for cleaning while in some other hotels we have to pay. Amenities are very complete. I am very satisfied

The hotel is very clean, nice, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the cleaning staff always clean every day without any additional charges. Amenities are always added. In the room there is a complete bath package, onsen package, etc., fast wifi, and what I like the most here is that when you exit the hotel, look left and right and you will see the subway train/MRT, walk 2 minutes. A little further ahead, you can take the JR station line. It is very easy to find this hotel even if you come by subway/Jr from the airport. Because when you exit the 3rd sugamo st door, you will immediately find the hotel. I will stay here again if I visit again. Thank you very much for your service.

This is in a prime location from Sugamo Station. Only about 2 minutes walk that makes it very convenient. Check in and check out is flawless. The bath at the top of the building is always a plus. 3 things that they can improve is to maybe have a air purifier in the room to trap the dust, be able to control the room temperature to your liking (somehow it was either heat or cold but can't control which one you want), and the number of laundry machines. I stayed 4 nights but never saw the laundry available until the day I checked out.
