Location is great, within walking distance to convenient stores and restaurants, as well as an amusement park. Staff is friendly and helpful. Take a room facing Mt. Fuji. It’s amazing views! Recommended hotel.

Thank you Fuji Hotels for having a free shuttle. We really liked our visit in Kawaguchiko and are thankful for the weather, so we could see Fuji-san. It was memorable. I really love Toyoko because they provide a free simple breakfast. It was important to start the day. Might stay here again if we ever visit Fuji 🫶🏻
