The hotel was great! They have a public bath area, so clean and neat. I think it's perfect for a business hotel. You can also see Mount Fuji so clear from the hotel. The location of the hotel was nice, near restaurants and supermarkets.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Noborisaka Hotel. We booked two Mount Fuji view rooms, one for my wife and me, and another for our teenage daughters. From the moment we arrived, the reception team and hotel staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and their hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay. Both rooms were spotless, spacious and very comfortable, with lovely modern bathrooms. The highlight, of course, was the view of Mount Fuji. When we arrived it was cloudy and raining, so the mountain was partially hidden, but as the evening went on the clouds gradually cleared and Mount Fuji came into view. Even under an overcast sky, it was an unforgettable sight from our room. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, delicious food that was the perfect start to the day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of exceptional staff, immaculate rooms, stunning views and an excellent breakfast made this one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Noborisaka Hotel to anyone visiting the Mount Fuji area.

The location is really good, close to the mall and restaurants, we booked for the room on the top floor to see the Mt.Fuji which is exactly what it shows on the pictures. Unfortunately the weather is not so good, too cloudy so that we’re not able to see it.

Air conditioning is centralized. Room is warmer than I wanted. Front desk advised me to crack open the window. The location is great. Just remember to pick a room that has the Mt. Fuji view when making reservation

The hotel is clean, but the staff left me hanging, they turned the heater on, which was nice, but no way to override that for your room. When I called the staff for cooler temperature setting, they told me no option is available. I sweat through the entire night and could t sleep. The front desk was nice enough, the manager Hussain instead of helping said I was the only one to conplain instead of helping me. I guess you get what you pay for at this place, but his attitude was not helpful. The hotel front desk team was friendly.
