Our family had a wonderful stay at Noborisaka Hotel. We booked two Mount Fuji view rooms, one for my wife and me, and another for our teenage daughters.
From the moment we arrived, the reception team and hotel staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and their hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay.
Both rooms were spotless, spacious and very comfortable, with lovely modern bathrooms. The highlight, of course, was the view of Mount Fuji. When we arrived it was cloudy and raining, so the mountain was partially hidden, but as the evening went on the clouds gradually cleared and Mount Fuji came into view. Even under an overcast sky, it was an unforgettable sight from our room.
Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, delicious food that was the perfect start to the day.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of exceptional staff, immaculate rooms, stunning views and an excellent breakfast made this one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Noborisaka Hotel to anyone visiting the Mount Fuji area.

The view was nice and quite close to the Fuji 5th station bus, took Ubers to the bus stop and such was about $8, if you are interested in the BOOKOFF by the place it was not open so keep that in mind, there is a mall within walking distance and has a grocery store in the bottom floor. Very quiet area.

The staff is not there on the reservation desk and I tried to check out at 10 AM but then they are blaming me that I didn’t come to check it out and they tried to charge me ¥1000 extra I would not recommend this hotel at all as there are many more better hotels around the area

Room originally felt a bit small but was fine once we rearrange some furniture to fit our luggage. We fit comfortably on the bed but if you are of a bigger build/tall then you may overhang. The view from the room is brilliant with Mt Fuji in the middle. There is also a lot of restaurants and some shops nearby so it was very convenient. Unfortunately didn't get to try the public bath as we were too tired.

Hotel is about 1.5 km from train station, walkable if not with much luggage, or a short 1000 yen taxi ride away. Room was quite large, and while room had private bathroom, the large, indoor public bath on the first floor was very nice and relaxing, very clean and large. There was also a smaller outdoor bath on a covered patio and garden area, with views of Mt Fuji (but not while actually sitting in the bath due to a fence to maintain privacy). Wifi in the room was excellent, which is not always the case with some hotels we stayed at in Japan. There was an outdoor patio on the 3rd floor between the two hotel buildings that offered clear, unobstructed views of Fujisan as well. Easy to use and very convenient laundry facilities on site as well! There is a Lawson konbini adjacent to the property and a shopping mall close by with a grocery store and some other shops. We highly recommend this hotel if staying in the area.

敷地内の駐車場に止められました。チェックインもスムーズで人数分のカードキーを受取り、部屋に到着。ベットも寝心地が最高です。大浴場はサウナと露天風呂を完備していて、大満足です。シャンプーとコンディショナーとボディーシャンプーもなかなか良い物でした。
素泊まりでしたか、徒歩圏内に飲食店も多く、好きな物を選択出来ます。
とても快適に宿泊出来ました。

The location is really good, close to the mall and restaurants, we booked for the room on the top floor to see the Mt.Fuji which is exactly what it shows on the pictures. Unfortunately the weather is not so good, too cloudy so that we’re not able to see it.
