Love their public bath! The location is superb, and it is located next to a food street and pharmacies that close late at night!

The officers were really kind. They helped me to give direction, booked and guide the taxi divers. I may recommend to my family to stay there next time. I love them. Arigatou gozaimasu.

Staying 10 nights here. Have coin laundry and vending machine. Microwave at every floor and many amenities at the lobby. Nearby bus terminal to go to airport or Fukuoka city. Many options of foods: Coco Ichiban, Saizeria. Nearby have big 7-11 and Family Mart and grocery store. It’s all you need and want. Rooms are bigger than Japanese standard.

We love staying here - great value for money, next to train station, very clean, comfortable with nice hotel layout design. We were happy that we were allowed early check in. Thank you for the memorable awesome and fun experience staying here.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Japan. Very close to Kumamoto station, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast food is also very good. I will stay here again if I go to Kumamoto again.

The room is spacious. I love the dryer inside the bathroom. It's a very smart idea. I'll go back to this hotel whenever I visit Kumamoto again.
