The location is good, a short (and a bit uphill) walk from Kiyomizo Gojo exit. The hotel is great, no complaints! Check-in is smooth, the room is clean, everything functions properly. The best decision is to have a washing machine in a hotel room, a life saver!

The hotel was superb. The room is a bit small with 2 big luggage's, but the space was okay to pack and etc. Very convenient, had train stations with different lines about 5-7 minutes in every direction. It also has a lot of good food and Nishiki market within walking distance. Highly recommend it.

There is a convenience store attached to the hotel and others nearby. The reception staff were polite, efficient, and helpful. A good choice for a visit to Kyoto.
