We truly had an amazing 4 night stay, staff super helpful, was easy to forward luggage from previous hotel and then forward onto Osaka through the hotel. Price to send two large bags to Osaka was 7000 jyp onsen was brilliant very easy to use. Every day from 3-5pm free beer at the spa linger which has an amazing view over city. Breakfast was the best I have had as buffet breakfast anywhere loads to choose from and all freshly cooked. Beds comfortable, toilets amazing and shower was very powerful. Free water every day, few pjammas and slippers. Honestly perfect for our staff 300m from subway station station from Kyoto. If you stay other places buses don’t allow you to bring large bags so worked perfectly. 15 min walk to to Nishiki Market and very easy to get around.

Location provides laundry services but did not have self-service laundromat, however there are at least 2 independent self-service laundromats within 15 mins walking distance.

The property was in a great location. It was an easy walk to markets, shops and restaurants. The room was small with a giant king size bed (I could have done with a queen and gave more room to walk around. The room itself was okay, nothing great but served it's purpose. The hotel also seemed very dark. The entrance to the lobby was dark as was the hallways to the room. Next time I would spend a bit more money for a bigger room.

The hotel is a comfortable distance away from various sites and quite close to the subway station, making it easy to go to places. The breakfast buffet was good and had different options. The room was clean and colorful, although a bit cramped with the third bed that was moved into the room to accommodate our family (I did stub my toe haha), but we did not expect the room to be any bigger. The staff were respectful. Overall, a very good hotel!

Beautiful hotel that is centrally located within a two minute walk to the subway station. Spacious rooms, great staff, make sure you check out the smoking room on 2F if you are a smoker as it’s a hidden gem. Only small downside was the ban on tattoos in the bathhouse. Apart from that I would 100% recommend staying at this hotel

Didn’t eat breakfast.. It was very expensive. But the staff was very friendly and very polite and very helpful. Hot springs was the highlight of this stay. Spa feature is also very good.. But ran out of time for that . Will surely visit again for the hot springs especially. House keeping staff was also very nice and did a great job.
