What Guests Say About Their Stay

Only real complaint I would have is that the building is in a somewhat sketchy area, but I never ran into anyone suspicious or anything. The curtains were closed the whole time, though, because we were on the first floor and the window faced directly into the street. Check in and check out was simple, it was all done through the tablet at the front desk area and English was an option. We get a passcode instead of a key so that's one less problem to worry about. The main room had a pretty good amount of space for laying your suitcases down to pack up. The shelf space on the main table and behind the beds were enough to hold things we would use throughout our stay (phone charging, change of clothes, skincare products, etc). The lights in the main room are also dimmable, something that helped in the mornings if someone was still asleep, but others want to get ready. The best part about Eisei stay was how close it was to the nearest convenience store. At the end of our busy day, we could relax and buy a simple breakfast for the next day at the Family Mart right across the street. It also helped to make the place feel safer. It's hard to find hotels that have 3 separate beds in a single room; it's an awkward number to have. To get exactly what we wanted along with all the other positives I mentioned before (and for a reasonable price), I really feel like we got lucky finding this place.

Ok place. Should be advertised up front that it is not staffed. Kinda expensive to not have any staff. Basic room. Washing machine nice amenity. Also can’t hold luggage there for day. It’s great to explore seedy part of Tokyo but not place for family.

Room was clean. Was nice to have a washer in the room. Was a little bit difficult to find staff for assistance during the stay but overall great experience. Fyi the neighborhood does have a lot of love hotels, perfectly safe but something to be aware of when booking.

This was an enjoyable different experience for us on our trip to Japan. The unmanned hotel was easy to access. The room was large and inviting. It was conveniently located next to a Family Mart. 5 minute walk to the train station was accessible. We would love to stay here again.

Hotel was very clean, super close to the station and well priced. The self checkin/checkout worked well. Was nice having the fridge, microwave and clothes washer. Family Mart was just across the street. Felt safe walking from the train station, even though you had to walk past some 'hourly hotels' to get to the neighborhood with Eisei Stay.

Really close to a major train station. The place is nestled between several love hotels but is overall very quiet and safe. Place was clean and modern and had an elevator. The only downside was that on the last day they started knocking on our door at 9:30 to tell us that checkout was at 10. We knew and were getting ready to leave but it felt like we were being rushed out.
