Hotel and Spa Hanamizuki

Check-in was in a different place, and the hotel entrance and bath also had to be opened with a password, which was very confusing. I made a reservation for my 80-year-old mother, so it was very difficult and she said she never wanted to go back. There was no one at the front desk to help us, so it was difficult to use.

There was no staff there, so I didn't know anything about the procedures. The check-in procedure was at another hotel far away, which was very inconvenient. The entrance and bathroom doors all required a passcode, which I thought would be difficult for first-time guests or elderly people to use. The free drinks were also difficult to understand, and I only realized it when I was leaving, and although they said I could help myself to drinks in the lobby, other guests were having a lively meal and I couldn't get in. However, the room was clean, and I thought it was easy to use once you got used to it.
