Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA

location good but staff not helpful. Room too small even for triple room to place luggage properly. Also though we book for 3 adults and 1 kid with breakfast vouchers were only given for 3 adults and asked to paid extra for kid for breakfast. Given how expensive the room were the services were not up to the mark in my opinion

Excellent location. Room is a bit small but well designed. We always stayed here whenever we were in Osaka

Nice size room with friendly cleaning staff and spacious lobby with many amenities available. Hotel connected to Links and Yodobashi Bldg., which has many eateries and shops. Centrally located to the JR and Hankyu stations. Very close to Grand Front, Grand Green, and many shops and restaurants. The KIX Limousine Bus drops you right near the entrance to the hotel and the bis to KIX is nearby.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out was very efficient. The room and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom and other amenities were wonderful. When in the room, one needs to put a room key or card into a slot near the door to keep lights, outlets and power working.We recommend keeping a card in the slot at all times, especially if multiple people are staying in the room because if the card is removed by a guest to leave the room while other in-room guests are still sleeping, the power will cut off. When the card is reinserted, the lights default back to bright, which may awaken the in-room guests. Overall, a wonderful stay in an excellent location.

Difficult to get excited about this hotel with the self serve style including check in, check out, and refilling the room supplies for coffee, tea etc. didn’t really interact with any staff members The hotel is clean and modern looking and was ideal for us. If you want no frills with easy access to the city then this will likely be good for you too. Hotel is located in the north of the city and within 5-10mins walk has good dept stores and restaurants nearby as well as a major train station a few minutes away, so can also get around the city via trains and subway. If you are coming to Osaka for the first time, make sure this hotel is located near the sights you want to see as the city is massive and you may prefer elsewhere if you want to see more of the southern or central areas.

The staff is very helpful and nice. The facility and room was clean.

Very clean, slippers and pjs provided! Coffee and tea complimentary. Excellent location. And loved the shower. Heated toilet seats were wonderful!

I liked the location of the hotel close to the train station and walking distance to some shopping and restaurants. The room was a little tight for the three of us but we managed to loved the breakfast. The staff were very nice. I would stay there again.

The location is convenient to shops, restaurants and subways. Lots to do and eat in the immediate location. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the room for 3 adults, with 3 beds. There was no room to put your things and with 3 suitcases, and backpacks it was pretty tight. Because of the size of the room, it was hard to relax and unwind in the room. It's nice we had access to a laundry room, but we had to wake up around 6:30am, get in line to use the machines. It took a while because people before us had to dry their clothes more than once depending on how much clothes they put in there. The more clothes, the longer it takes, sometimes 3-4 times to dry.

The room was very clean and our room was located very close to the vending, ice, and water machines. So convenient. They also had a pitcher in the room to fill for ice/ water from the machines.
