Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA

Very convenient central location, connected to Osaka-Umeda station, and an easy train ride from anywhere in Osaka. Great views from upper floors and very quiet. Rooms are tiny and a bit cramped, but have all the amenities you’d expect. Laundry is a pain if you need it as they provide just 8 machines for >500 guests leading to a lot of frustration and waiting. Also, the lobby can get quite crowded. Fun notes: there is a mall in the building, including multiple sporting goods stores, multiple clothing stores, two food courts, four Starbucks locations, even a Burger King and a McDonalds—though the local food is much better. We also saw two idol groups doing meet and greets and performances on the second floor near the Umeda station, a boy-band one evening and a girl band another evening.

Despite is located in the heart of Osaka. Great location to reach all train stations. Clean and located in the heart of a shopping district. Amazing views and very clean.

the hotel should block out the rooms under maintenance and not disrupt the hotel stay. they were doing sewerage maintenance in our room during our stay and inconvenient us.

Apart from the toilet was seperated from the the shower room, everything else was very well presented. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and cleanliness.

My stay at Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE Osaka was overall excellent. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently amazing—friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout my stay. I also really appreciated the convenient luggage storage and the smooth system for shipping bags to other cities, which made traveling much easier. The location was a major highlight—everything was within walking distance, including the train station, main attractions, and plenty of shopping and food options, which made getting around Osaka extremely convenient. The only downside was that the room was a bit small with limited space to move around, so I would definitely recommend booking a larger room if available for a more comfortable stay.

The overall experience was good, but, we had to upgrade to a bigger room as the standard one was too small for 3 people. The location was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Osaka.

It is centrally located but a pain to get to (walking all the way around a building). Rooms are a little small for luggage so be strategic about what you're packing. Very flexible in terms of luggage storage

Very clean , staff very helpful , not far away from the Osaka station , restaurant all around and 5 minutes walk bus station to take you back to airport (Kansai airport ) .

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Umeda — we loved it so much we stayed twice! Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA continues to impress us. The location is unbeatable, sitting right on top of the massive Yodabashi Camera complex, which combines a department store and mall with endless shopping and dining options. Having everything right downstairs made our stay incredibly convenient. The JR Osaka Loop Line is next door, making it easy to get around the city. Nintendo Osaka and Umeda Sky Building are also just a short walk away. If you want to explore further, the metro gets you to Dotonbori in about 15 minutes. Breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh and extensive salad bar along with plenty of other choices. The only thing we wished for was lounge access for drinks, but they do offer hot water and coffee in the lobby, which was still helpful. Overall, this is an amazing hotel with great comfort, convenience, and location. We’d happily stay again.

Clean room

The hotel is located next to the major stations and shopping district. Very good for going up to take a short rest or dropping off the shoppings before going out again. Hotel connections to the shopping district is great with B1F going to the train station directly and 1/F and 2F going to the shops directly. It is big and could be very busy during the week day. We find the weekend less busy! Hotel room is very quiet despite the lobby could be like a commercial building lobby sometimes. There are a lot of self servicing machine and smart phone is essential.. there are limited staffs due to the use of self service machine.

Loved the pajamas and slippers. Enjoyed all the toothbrush and tea amenities. Well taken care of space.
