Clean room. Great views.

Great location for access to trains, great dining options and shopping.

My room was almost 100% clean. There was a long hair on the toilet and rubbish in the carpet.

This hotel was clean, quiet and its location is great. Umeda Station and Osaka station extremely close and lots of department store all within walking distance

The hotel is located in a great location has great amenities and tons of food options that are located close by. Also, the access to the train system is very close by which makes it easy to move around.

This is a great place to stay in Osaka. The hotel is awesome. The rooms were comfortable but a tad bit small (compared to rooms I have been). The breakfast is very good, with a good mix of western and Japanese cuisines. We went with 2 kids and they really enjoyed their breakfast every day. Breakfast was served from 7 to 10, but the kitchen closes at 9:45am. We didn't have a single issue while we stayed there. Checkin is strictly at 3pm and checkout is 12pm. The hotel provides Yamato service and it costed us approximately ¥2100 per cabin bag size suitcase. If you drop it off before 3pm, it will get dropped off by the next day. There is a currency exchange machine by the check in counters. The currency exchange rate provided was not too bad $1:¥153 (at the machine) vs $1:163 (Google quote) on the day we used it. The best thing is that if you go to the basement, you can directly enter Umeda station which is the primary way to get on to the osaka Subway line. But if you use the elevators to go to 2nd floor, you can walk to Osaka station, which allows you to use the JR lines. Very convenient. Something else to note about this property, the hotel is on the 9th floor and goes up to 35th floor. The floors below is shopping (Daiso, Uniqlo, etc). There is a Yodabashi also in the complex. On the 8th floor they have a variety of dinning restaurants and tons more in the basement around the entry to the Umeda stn. We definitely recommend this location and will choose it on our next stay.

It's very confusing going from Umeda(Osaka station) to Hotel. It's not very clear and needs more signs along the route. Hotel staff are very nice and also hotel is of high standard.

The hotel was amazing!!!

Hotel is directly above the huge Yodabashi Camera department store and food hall and across the street from Osaka Station making it extremely convenient to shop, hop on the JR and Metro to see other parts of the city, and find places to eat. We had a room with 4 beds which was very spacious. Breakfast buffet is fantastic with an extensive variety of both western and traditional Japanese options.

Love staying here every year! The staff are super helpful and speak english very well. What I like most about this hotel is that it is located in Links Umeda. There are so many places to shop without leaving the hotel building. The restaurants and food options are incredible!

We family of 6pax stay 8nights, our 2nd time staying this hotel. Love this location. However this round many restaurants are having revamped but there are plenty of food selection within walking distance. Will definitely come back again.

The location is good. The room is small as what you paid for. Cotton buds are always included in the amenities but not in Respires hotel.
