This is my second time staying at this hotel and my family loves it. The hotel is great, with comfortable rooms and all day dining for guests. The meals had plenty of variety, with the dessert section being exceptionally good. It is also located near various transport nodes, although a little walking is required. You can find yatais located within walking distance around the area and there is a large shopping mall right across the river.

Great staff great space, nice clean and the design of this hotel is such an art piece! :) however it’s a bit complicated to get in, you have to go to the B1F to pass another room door to the elevator to get to your room floor, it’s a bit like a maze! Not recommended for claustrophobic… overall, beautiful stay!!

I like good design so I just had to stay at Il Palazzo at the end of my two week trip to Kyushu. It’s stunning. The attention to detail throughout was remarkable. My room was spacious and comfortable, with pretty much everything I might need. The staff were attentive and polite. Just one complaint - buffet lunch and dinner, which was included in the rate. It was essentially the same food, and none of it was Japanese. The desserts were pretty good, but otherwise it was a fairly limited, snacky international buffet. It could be so much better. My advice would be to have lunch at the hotel when you check in, but go out for dinner. No surprise it was busy at lunchtime and quiet in the evening. Breakfast was a different story, with a good selection of what you might expect.

The room was modern and mostly clean. The hotel is in a location very near many restaurants and bars. There is some security as you enter the hotel and the layout of the building is odd at best. The check-in process was friendly, but the hotel itself is weird. The stay does include meals but after going for dinner, I did not want to return as the food was overly salty and pretty bad. The desserts were quite good though and are a common feature of OneFive brand hotels. I don't think this hotel is worth the price and I question the validity of many of the positive reviews. I would not stay at this specific hotel again.

The service was outstanding. Told me to sit in the lobby and bought me a cup of coffee while I sat in a comfortable chair during the checkin process. Newely remodeled and my room was large and filled with amenities even by American standards. A much better experience than I had with the nearby Grand Hyatt.

A very large room and comfortable stay. Upscale feel with furnishings and lighting The huge soaking tub was relaxing after a long day of walking The food that was available throughout the day was amazing. centrally located between the two entertainment and shopping districts, Tenjin and Hakata. They stored our luggage and even called for a taxi. Will definitely stay here when in Fukuoka again!

Why would they put the dining room in the basement with no windows when it could have been on the top floor with an amazing view. Strange! Free breakfast and free lunch and dinner was a nice touch, but the food got really boring, really quick! Rooms were spacious compared to most in Japan. Clean, good service

This is the coolest hotels I have stayed at in Japan. Newly renovated over the past year, with modern Italian details, very stylish. It’s walking distance to the Hakata station and all the major shopping areas such as Canal city and Tenejin. The room is spacious by Japanese standard, we booked the king bed room. Modern and neutral decorations, clean and fresh, with excellent bright soothing lighting. Everyone at the hotel is sooo nice and made sure every aspect of the stay is comfortable and welcoming. The unique feature is the hotel is that it includes all day dining. The food selection is abundant, and the bakery and dessert section are comparable to any French bakery and patisserie, it had the best strawberry cream puff.

Very nice and modern hotel. Has a particular vibe that may not be for everybody, but is thoughtfully designed and the in-room tub is so nice. Dinner was included in the fee which I didn’t realize and was nice, even though it was nothing special. Attentive service, sometimes too much. Lost a star because the thermostat doesn’t go lower than 23 degrees, which I found hot and uncomfortable. After some prodding they overrided my unit so I could lower it, but you should be aware that could be an issue.
