Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki

Although I do not stay here for period of time, the experiences are as well as before. The staff are very helpful and the room is tidy and clean. In this stay, I realized I can use English to communicate with the staff without any issues, which they are really able to communicate with guests in English fluently which is not every hotels in Japan can. Hope I can stay here again in future but this hotel is always full.

Everything was perfect. The room was spotless, the staff was wonderful, and the entire stay was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

All of the hotel staff are very attentive and professional. Without their help, I could have missed takeout sushi dinner during the stay, and we might have nothing to enjoy that night, so they are my lifesaver! Arigatougozaimashita.

Exceptional, superb, sublime - these are a few words I would use to describe our stay at Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki. We stayed for a total of 8 nights. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful to tourists like us and made us feel welcomed and safe. We enjoyed the restaurant, gym, and common laundry area. Housekeeping was the best I have ever experienced - they were prompt, kind, and helpful as well. During our stay we asked for more coffee packets, room cleaning, towels, etc and everything was completed quickly. Every question I had for the front desk about japan, customs, and advice was treated with patience and respectful and positivity (which was super nice for foreigners like us). I can not say enough good things about this hotel. One taller front staff gentleman even helped us with our luggage and getting us a cab when we were leaving for the airport. Thank you! I hope the entire staff as well as their bosses receive raises and are treated well. To the top brass - please take care of them because they deserve it. We will be back.

This was my 2nd stay in this hotel and everything was very nice.

We were on vacation to see Tokyo then catch a flight from Haneda airport. So we decided to try a location outside of in town Tokyo. The subway certainly makes it convenient, and the hotel was a vastly better value. The breakfast was perhaps the best of our trip. I would definitely stay here again. Also, this felt like a nice business traveler version of real Japan, with more Japanese travelers than other places we stayed.

Excellent staff attitude and they speak very fluent English. One of the best hotels for breakfast buffet. Clean and spacious room. Clean and spacious bathroom. Cosy pillow and clean bedsheets. Plenty TV channels to watch. Probably the best hotel in Kawasaki.

All hotel staff members were professional and seemed to value our business. Our family consisted of three rooms and each room was very comfortable and nicely cleaned (fresh linen and restocked toiletries daily).  The hotel staff were very attentive to our needs.   For example, since we did not speak Japanese, when our local tour guide could not find where to park and collect us for the tour, the hotel staff members helped translate over the phone. Another example is with regards to special touches. We wanted our party of five to travel together to the airport. Murata noticed that my 80-yr old aunt had mobility issues and she worked diligently to secure accommodations.  Unbeknown to us, when the taxi arrived to transport us, it was a handicap equipped van.  Wow, that was truly white glove service.  Thank you to Murata and the very kind and attentive staff.  Also good location - close to the JR train station and also close to restaurants and two shopping malls (one open air stadium like mall, and then a full mall behind that open air mall). Based on the high level of service experienced during our stay, we indeed recommend the Hotel Metropolitan. [We had 3 rooms, so I will copy paste this comment into the review for the other two rooms. Great job to the entire team.]
