The hotel is very nice, and choosing the room with a little kitchen and washing machine is super convenient. The kitchen equipment has all the tools and dishes, and even a microwave. The hotel location is within walking distance to this city's main station. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is also very nice.

Location is unbeatable. Amenities are superior than most. Delicious breakfast. Greatly appreciated the washer and dryer access. Wi-Fi was not available in the room, which was a pain. And the room was extremely small. I had to use the smaller desk to open my suitcase.

Staff did clean everyday which was nice and there was free to use laundry. Power went out in the hotel for over 18 hours which ruined a lot of the food I had saved in the refrigerator. The building is old and the WiFi is horrible.

Very nice place, clean, courteous staff, and near to everything.

The staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean, the equipment and amenities were fine. The one issue I have is the breakfast, which was below average, both in terms of choice and taste.

The area was pretty loud. Karaoke all night long and lot of street sounds. The room key is an actual Key that had an attached wand to place in a slot where the lights and AC were controlled. It was really hot when we went and this key system made it so that if you left, you had to stop ac, which meant you came back to a room with no AC and it took forever to cool it off again. Also only one key so if you had multiple people in your room, only one key is inconvenient. The room was spacious for Japanese standard. Staff was friendly and helpful.
