場所もいいし、ホテルもリラックス出来て良かった

Affordable and close by to the station as well as plenty of shops and cafes

It was a quick few minute walk to the JR Yamanote line and near plenty of convenience stores and quick bite restaurants.

Was a great area to stay in and super easy to get to other hot spots in Tokyo

Excellent location thats the only good point about this place, its upstairs of all the night club sort of like nana plaza in bkk

3 minute walk to Gotanda station is the best point of this hotel.

The property was okay. The building is old, but it’s clean and location is really good.

If you're looking for a cheap room JUST for a place to sleep, this works. I got a room for $60 which wasn't terrible since I had a train to catch the next morning at Shinagawa station and all the hotels near the station are at least double the price.

This property is located near the train station. However, its conditions, cleanliness and hygiene are questionable. Although they state that the property is in reparations, they have the nerve to rent rooms with serious problems in the toilets, bathroom drains and pipes. Despite the bad smell and public health risks, when the staff is informed of the problem, they say “it’s normal, that there is not any smell at all and that all the rooms are in the same conditions”. In this case the problem was that the toilet and bathroom plumbing was covered in thick and spongy colony of smelly fungi that made almost impossible to breath in the room. They were reluctant to accept the terrible conditions of the bathroom, despite they were looking at the evidence… saying that they could not sense any smell and that all the rooms were in the same conditions… because the building was old… When I mentioned “then this should be reported “… they quickly assigned me another room three floors down. There was not any further explanation, not even an apology… It seems that they have not any respect for the people that is staying at their property.

部屋はシンプルでビジネスなどで利用するには良いと思います。

値段、場所、クオリティ、文句なし！

置いてあるシャンプーが、一瞬で髪がバシバシになるＢ級品だった。

設備が古いのか水か垂れている音が一晩中聞こえた

建物が古い感じでしたがそれ以外は問題なく、アクセスもいいです。
