ホテルの人は外国人でしたが丁寧な日本語の対応で親近感が有りました。お風呂大浴場で大変満足でした。私達の部屋は狭かったけれど大手ビジネスホテルよりはやや広かったです。朝ごはんも、おかずか多く満足で、最上階で見晴らしもよくグッドです。また、泊まりたい宿でした。ローカのシミは気になりました。

建物は古くてきれいではないのですが、サービス精神が旺盛で好印象のホテルです。
男性のみの大浴場の他に貸切の大浴場があって、広々としたお風呂にのんびり浸かれます。
平日には無料で夜食のカレーライスを食べられたり、天体望遠鏡を借りて最上階の展望レストランから天体観測ができたりします。

古いホテルなので、隣の音とかは、よーく聞こえちゃいますが、快適度は高いと思いました。
入り口にコーヒー、お茶、紅茶、などなどサービス充実。シャンプーも2種類とか枕も選べたり、ドライヤー、アイロン、手元照らせる灯りとか自分で選んで持って行けて。基本男性のお仕事で泊まる感じのせいか大浴場は、女性は先着10名の貸切だったので、入れなかったのが残念。前情報であったらいいなぁなんて思いました。カレーのサービスもありました。食べられなかったけど。無料朝食は、無料とは思えない充実。満足です。また渋川行く時は、使いたいです。

伊香保・渋川２日間ゴルフをする為、初めて利用させて頂きました。
ゴルフが2:00pmくらいに終わり、ホテルにはチェックイン時間前に着き、待つ必要ありかと思いましたが、フロントで、快く受付してもらい夕食迄ゆっくり出来ました。
大浴場は、4:30位に入りましたが結構熱かったのですが、夕食後入るとちょうど良い熱さ加減でした。
朝食も満足する量と品数で満足でした。
又、機会があれば利用したいホテルです。

階段を通ったときの臭いが気になった。
デスクライトの点灯スイッチが見つけにくかった。Wifiの繋がりが不安定であった。
