Room Impeccable! Very high standards in service. Front Desk, Concierge, Doorman, housekeeping. Breakfast has to improve how to prepare a Egg Benedict. But again service in Japan is outstanding and in this hotel was amazing!

Room Space & Cleanliness: The room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, which is very rare to find in Japan. Club Lounge Service: Excellent hospitality and great service at the Club Lounge.
