Room Impeccable! Very high standards in service. Front Desk, Concierge, Doorman, housekeeping. Breakfast has to improve how to prepare a Egg Benedict. But again service in Japan is outstanding and in this hotel was amazing!

A brand-new hotel with beautiful design and atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a small private onsen in the bathroom. The staff everywhere – lobby, concierge, restaurant, bell staff – were warm and helpful. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent, both food and service.

Quarto novo. Instalações como bar, lobby e recepção muito bonitos e suntuosos. Café da manhã muito bom. Linda vista. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui.
