Service was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by our upper floor rooms which were new, clean, and modern. Far from "dated" indicated by some reviews. Fully connected by an underground walkway from the station. Highly recommend.

Recommended hotel near station! The location is very close to the station, where almost all the public transportation is centralized, the facilities and ambiance are good, and the room is compact, which is common in Japan. I was glad to have a window (also can be opened) to have a nice view of snowing Kanazawa.

The location is very close to the station and shopping mall. Very easy to access restaurants. The hotel room is clean, we had a good rest. The staff were very helpful, kind, and friendly.
