This hotel was convenient to many restaurants and close to the metro. Our room was large enough for three adults and all of our luggage. The room also had a small kitchen and was very clean and comfortable. The room was very bright but you could not look out of the windows. The staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located near transportation. The area is a business district, so it was very quiet outside of business hours. A 7 Eleven is located directly across the street which was convenient. Limited places to eat after hours. The hotel had enough space for a family of 4, with small children. The staff was very kind and personable. Would recommend it based on customer service alone.

The staff were fantastic, very helpful and polite. The room was cleaned reasonably well and laundry facilities were useful. We were a bit disappointed that the room had no clear windows and you could hear a lot of street noise. Mainly as the windows were only single glazed with shutters. Overall I wouldn’t say it was good value for money for only 2 people.

Just finished a four day stay at the hotel and it was a great stay. We are traveling with a toddler so having access to a kitchen, feeding chair, a crib, and space for her to run around helped ease the stress of traveling with a small child. The staff was so attentive and professional. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Starting from check in, everyone was so professional, respectable, and nice. Very helpful on any questions we had, including helping my 7yr old daughter try a traditional Japenese kids game where they catch a ball on stick thing. Room was comfortable, and was so easy to navigate to get around there.

We were very happy with the friendly and helpful staff. The location was central for all of our activities and excursions in Tokyo. The traditional apartment rooms were very comfortable for 4 of us, including our two teenagers. We loved the tatami mat room with the low table for eating and games. We needed to move it to a convenient place to pull out the futons for our boys, which wasn’t difficult. The traditional bathroom was great and we loved the shower, which was roomy with great water pressure. We were up on the roof deck multiple times and enjoyed the views of Tokyo. Th weather was hot and humid during our visit but the air conditioning kept us comfortable. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Tokyo.
