Rooms very clean. Staffs services amazing . Breakfast area is comfortable and not overly crowded. Many Choices of food and good quality including steak for breakfast. Hotel is centrally located a few mins walk to subway. 20 mins walk to shopping areas, 35 mins walk to Nagoya castle , 15 mins taxi ride to Nagoya station. We like the late check out at noon . The lounge on 6th floor provides soda and coffee all day. There is no coin operated laundry machine but there is a 24 hrs laundromat 8 mins walk away. There is a pool but you would have to pay to use it.

빈티지인테리어가 너무 예뻤고 서비스나 깔끔함등 어느것하나 만족하지 않을수 없었습니다! 번화가등 이동을 원할때는 건물 뒤쪽에서 버스정류장을 쉽게 이용할수 있고, 근처에 가게들도 많아서 주변 즐길거리도 걱정하지 않아도 됐어요! 근처에 패밀리,세븐,로손편의점도 다있어서 그날그날 가고싶은 편의점도 들릴수 있어서 좋았어요! 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다❤️

Very good hotel with good location and breakfast. Shame that access to the Onsen and better gym required a fee (we didn’t pay for just a morning).

Everything was excellent. Cleaner was so thorough and washed our Pyjamas everyday although they were out of sight. The only disappointment was the swimming pool is available only as part of spa access which costs 35000 yen per day on special.
