This is the nicest hotel I think we've ever stayed in, and we travel a bit. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, regardless of price or rating, where there wasn't some small thing a bit off -- even five-star hotel rooms have some gross dusty corner, if you look hard enough. Not this one: absolutely everything was perfect, top to bottom, from the lobby to the bed to the discreet laundry machine in our room to the breakfast buffet. Not a dusty corner in sight. Breakfast was amazing, btw. We were on the Espacio floor, and it was worth every penny. I am, actually, still surprised that it wasn't more expensive: we left this hotel for one in Kyoto at basically the same price point, and (while nice enough) that hotel was not nearly as luxurious. I would find a reason to go back to Nagoya just so I could stay at the Kanko again.

We booked the hotel. The price displayed on the website of hotel.com is fair. But when we booked,the tax is more than the room charges. It's a scam of the Nagoya kanko hotel or the hotel.com, use for making money.

Service staff was excellent with their natural politeness and attentiveness. I am rather picky as for cleanliness of the room, but this hotel is spotless despite the fact that it is not newly built. It is also quiet, so I felt completely relaxed during the stay.

Great hotel and great location!
Staff is very attentive! Loved the breakfast buffet and options to eat, on location at the hotel.
Free parking is fantastic to have included instead of an additional cost.
Very comfortable room and nice to be able to turn heat down especially in the winter.

We stayed here for two nights, and it was a fantastic experience! The location was easy to find, with free and convenient parking that made exiting hassle-free. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Service was excellent throughout our stay. We would definitely choose to return for a longer visit!
